| A typical use case scenario | We do public comment meetings for design projects (master plans,parks,etc...) This used to be done in person but now we need to do it online due to the pandemic. We usually only get 50-100 people at the meetings but we need to ability to have breakout rooms and polls which is not available in the webinar account. |
| Benefit of such feature | Being able to know who is attending the meeting allows us to keep a record and reach out if we have questions about the comments or concerns as well as know how many people to expect to know how to set up break out rooms accordingly. |
