Ring Central - Live Dashboard - Agent Details - Expand Information

Currently the on the Ring Central - Live Reports - Dashboard you can display the agent Detail. It would be helpful if additional information could entered and displayed such as Que Schedule (time format manual entry) + Average downtime between taking or making a call + Drop select of Assigned Call Type (ACT) inbound, outbound or both.
