Email Notfication

It would be great to recieve an email notification when certain thresholds are exceeded. example:

  • email alert when "x" number of calls have been abandonded,

  • email alert when agents talk time exceeds "x" minutes.

  • email notification when call que exceeds "x" number of callers

  • email notification when "X" number of calls have been refused.

This would help immensely!!!
