SuperAdmin ability to change a queue member's status Merged

Currently if a queue member forgets to log out at the end of the day or goes on break or lunch and forgets to change their status to unavailable, we can't change it. This is a must ability for the SuperAdmin and Manager to manage the queue calls. If that person left as available a call rolls to it and then it rings X number of times before rolling to another agent.

Any Manager should be able to make an Agent "unavailable" . This is the one of the most important functions of a Manager! THANKS!

Does it need to go to a Super Admin or just a queue mangaer? How about giving the Super Admin the ability to delegate the permission to log users in and out of queues?
