If an agent receives a call for another agent and they see they are on DND, it will help if it showed a description (at lunch, meeting, away from desk) as well as a timestamp, so the agent can gage how long it will be before the agent returns. Currently, we have send a direct message on Ring Central Office to see the status of the employee, which is not efficient in a call center environment, if we dont have needs to move to a Ring Central Contact Center version. This feature should be available in Ring Central Office.
