Yes, If you create your dashboard with these metrics and subscribe to them. You will be able to get this view at the end of the day.
Yes a push to show a leaderboard of what the team has accomplished in a day would be great for review for everyone in email at end of day. WOuld be great to show incoming, outgoing, missed, avg time per call.
