I would like to be able to see a drill down of any missed call data, an actual missed call i.e the end user did not get through to someone via the phone system.
It doesnt need to count missed hunt group calls if a user answerss but solely how many missed calls we have had and from who?
Timings would be good, so how long the user rang for and also how far down the hunt group paths did they get?

Thank you for the feedback. We will be introducing call level details with each hop information in LOB Analytics. This will allow you to see the from, To, and Ring time details for each call
