Currently the queue calls are not showing on LOB analytics. All other calls are appearing but calls related to queues are excluded in the count for each analyst as well. I contacted support and they said it would be addressed but 3 months after and same result. Additionally, it would be nice if we have a live or somewhat live count for all the calls.

Yes, the information is there BUT when i create a table referring to the queues in the filters it just gives me zero all the way around

Thanks for reaching out, LOB Analytics should currently show queue calls in the data. There is also an application called Live Reports that should provide live information relating to queues.
