Please add a feature in the reporting mechanism to filter out robo calls and other calls that drop as soon as you pick up? When I evaluate an employee by the number of calls they pick up vs the number of missed calls, the data looks like she is missing half the calls when in reality, the ring time is 00.00 seconds and/or the call length is <20 seconds, so I know they are not ligitimate callers.
