Quality of Service Report Download or Export or Print Merged

Provide the ability to export or download the quality of service report so that you can parse data for missed calls, etc.

It woulod be nice to be able to subscribe to the QOS report and set the limits you wanted for the type of calls. i.e. Calls in both directions and of moderate or poor quality from the previous day.

Export the Excel is sorely needed. The monotony of copy and pasting into Excel and manipulating the data is getting old.

Why doesn't this have the ability to export reports? You can't even search for a user's name or extension. Searching for users and extensions, then exporting a report based on your filters should have part of this console from the very start.

    Hi,
There is no export possible from the Quality of service, calls page.
is it possible to add this extension?
Or do you have a detailed report for missed calls?
    Regards

    Hi Winston,

The latter would be very helpful, containing all of the QoS information (MOS, jitter, network, etc).

Could you please clarify what your looking for?

Would you want to download the table of calls as it appears in the QoS- Calls page?

    OR

Would you want the table to have a row for every call leg & contain detailed information about the call let such as MOS, Jitter, Network, endpoint type etc?
