100% agree. We already use slack for messaging and do not need glip. It’s confusing for our users to end up on the glip “message” screen by default. Either allow us to choose default screen for the organization or make it the dial pad by default. We actually cannot switch users on to the new app until there is an option for them NOT to see glip. We cannot have users thinking that this is another channel in which they can communicate in.
The Phone app default us back to the Ring Central app as the replacement app. We have a case # 09724945 , Please someone in Technical Support please fix our Case # so we can use our text messaging feature.
Yes, what Eric Bode said. I, like others, don’t use GLIP. It’s an annoying waste of time toggling to my phone tab every time I open the app.
100% AGREE! Please do this!!

Create a setting in the app to allow users to choose which tab opens when the app is launched.
