It would be nice to have the ability to create a report (and export to excel) showing the number of calls received by hour per date, example below. This can easily be used to gauge how busy our team is by hour with calls.

Thank you for your feedback. You can do this in LOB Analytics>> Graph widget>> trend. You can plot for the period of last week , select your metrics of total calls , and can select the granularity as hourly, you will get hourly total calls. Now if you download this widget or subscribe to the dashboard with this widget, you will be able to get this data file delivered at hourly granularity in your email
