Additional features

1. Ability for agents to see how many calls are holding in the call queues.

2. If possible, an automatic call back system where a customer has the option to leave their phone number and it automatically calls the customer back when the next available agent is available.

3. Better reporting options.

For example, I would like to run a report from Monday through Friday from only during the times 5 am to 6 pm.
