Allow user to pull analytics for the year
Most business need analytics for a year. It is disappointing that RingCentral does not allow us to do this. We are expected to keep the spreadsheets and prepare the analysis ourselves
It should really be at least 13 months, to allow accounts to see year-over-year differences in performance and represent the full, annual business cycle for a given business.
