Wallboards should be a URL link shared with anyone without accessing analytics portal
When you customized a Live report Dashboard and convert it into a Wallboard, it should generate a Public URL that can be shared with anyone so they can click on and only access the Wallboard and not have access to Analytics portal. At any point, if an admin wants to revoke the link, they can do so or generate new link.
it would be nice to hear from RingCentral if any of these are being worked on. There are a ton of similar submissions, but all are only marked as "future consideration". Displaying data like this in call centers is a common scenario and this functionality should be available. Even if there was a unique link to a particular report or dashboard, that would HELP. Not having to login to a RC account is that much better.
This would be beneficial so we can display this data on a TV in our dispatch centers without a need for keyboard / mouse and can automate logging into the computer & then displaying the info. This would essentially allow anonymous access to a public site (as requested by original poster).
