Allow agents to view the other members of their queue and their status

Let agents see if there are others in their queue waiting to take calls so they can self-manage breaks and ensure coverage of calls.

    Hello!

    Thanks for the feedback!

    This feature is available in the license based real time Live Reports application. Managers are able to see the queue status of all available agents, and can be shared across multiple people in the organization.
