Thank you for your feedback. It is possible to see Avg ringing for Answered calls in our Line of Business Analytics. You can do one of the following:1. Look at Call Segment -> Ringing for the desired users and set it to for Aggr Func Avg Timespent and filter the data for Answered calls. This will give you user's avg ringing time before they answer calls.2. Add column Answered Calls to your desired users and set filter condition on "Ringing" greater or less than ringing duration. This will return all calls that were answered within certain ringing time.
