Please create analytics for text messaging!
This is crucial for us since we have been getting charges for excessive texting (despite the fact that we send/receive <100 messages from/to our main number each day.) We need to see the stats! Also, we have a sneaking suspicion that the measurement, which should be based on the actual texts sent/received, is actually being based on those texts being displayed in the RingCentral software. When there is only one instance of the software for a main extension then this is one to one (so no problem), but when we have (as our office does) the desktop software on 7 machines for that main extension (so that all of the employees can see and respond to texts coming in) then we are concerned that the measurement is happening on each computer, so that every one text is actually being measured as 7 texts, which results in the overcharges.
