Live Call Waiting Data

Would be great to have a live call queue so we can see howmany people are calling and howmany people are waiting in the queue for our suicide prevention line.

    Hi, We do already have this offering where you will be able to see a variety of real-time statistics of calls waiting in queue, agent availability status etc. The product is called, Live Reports and it is a license based (per seat license) add-on product.
