Track call transfers.

Add a report metric that shows calls that were transferred from one extension to another. It helps measure the effectiveness of a well designed IVR.

    Hello this should now be possible in the LOB Analytics application offering.

    Users can now create reports and filter data by if there was a transfer in the call or not.
