It would be great to see a metric that counts the calls that are actually answered by users instead of just inbound.

We are happy to inform you that with our new product LOB Analytics you are now able to set your own KPIs with the filters and metrics you would like to define. Therefore, the Answered metric can be set to calls answered according to your company's needs and filters.
