Whispering/Listening to Agents Calls as admin

As an admin it would be amazing to be able to listen in on agent's calls. Similar to fresahcaller and contivio!

    You should be able to do this already if you have a way to use the phone desktop app (the icon looks like a phone handset). There is a 'heads up display' where you can click on a call to 'monitor' the conversation with whisper and barge options
