An important statistic that is unavailable to us on RingCentral is our agents' active time. We would like to compare the time an agent spends "active" or "do not disturb" (per hour, day, month, etc.)
For the time being, we are using the Audit Trail, but it takes a lot of manual effort to find the data we are looking for.
Thanks for sharing this feedback. This is a feature that is commonly asked and is on our roadmap for this year. We will communicate when we make this available.
