Put call queues to back in queue

There are only two options if the caller is in the queue too long, vm and disconnect. It should put them back in the queue. That should be an added feature. We do use vm due to liabilities so the caller just gets disconnected. No win for us.

Patients/customers complain they don't know how long their wait is or where they are in the queue. This should be something you have so patients/customers have an idea of how much longer they have to wait or how long they may have to wait.

Allow users to select different colours to visually see different phone numbers a caller is calling, For example (Blue for company number, Green for RC direct number) This would visually allow users to see what number a caller is calling without having to see the phone number called.

When users have more than one phone number they are associated with, giving the option to select different colours when a caller phones into different phonen numbers would be beneficial.
