Install RingCentral application in batched

I want to be able to install the RC Phone app system wide for all users, without having to install it individually for each user that uses a single workstation.Just like the RC Desktop App. rc phone msi file

Would like the ability to change the amount of time before status changes from available to invisible

Sometimes when processing work I don't notice that my availability has changed from available to invisible if no new communication has come in.

Put call queues to back in queue

There are only two options if the caller is in the queue too long, vm and disconnect. It should put them back in the queue. That should be an added feature. We do use vm due to liabilities so the caller just gets disconnected. No win for us.

Postion in queue

Patients/customers complain they don't know how long their wait is or where they are in the queue. This should be something you have so patients/customers have an idea of how much longer they have to wait or how long they may have to wait.
