Ability to **respond** to short code SMS messages.

I use RC as my primary phone service. In many cases organizations send SMS messages from "short code" numbers. I can receive them on RC. But I can not respond. This is an important feature!

Idle behavior shows users offline even though they are available and logged into RC.

I've noticed that when not using RC but logged in (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot (offline). Even though users are available for a call. Fellow coworkers think the user is offline...

Presence (or HUD) available on the RingCentral Mobile App so that I can answer a call on behalf of someone

I am unable to answer phone calls on behalf of my manager when using the any of the mobile apps; it does not work on the 'RingCentral Phone' or 'RingCentral Unified'. I am working phone home and need to be able to answer calls on my mobile phone.

Remove the "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding is completed".

When enabling the Mobile App, the user can specify from "0 Rings / 0 Seconds" to "15 Rings / 75 Seconds". Why is there another default option for "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding is completed"? Currently this feature is givin...

Call forwarding to the RingCentral Mobile App when direct user extension was dialed.

Forward the call to another user when direct number of user was dialed. Currently it is working on call queue calls not on direct extension calling.

To be able to send text messages from ALL extensions using the MAIN COMPANY PHONE NUMBER, by selecting a drop down button.

This would be very useful for our employees convenience and our company to be able to send texts and receive calls all from ONE main line and not our different direct lines.

Allow the RingCentral App desktop and mobile app to function with Ring Groups
