Customer notes would be huge. This causes so many headaches for our accounts payable team because the invoices do not have enough detail. I mentioned this 2 years ago to our implementation engineer and he thought that made sense then too.

Multi-site support would be huge. We have numerous departments we had to build as individual sites, even though they share physical address and hours. It would be nice to have a top-down policy approach.

This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement.
