Play music during video meeting
We would like the ability to add music that all can hear during a team meeting on RC MVP desktop app. We'd like to be able to share a live music stream from YouTube or Spotify or similar services or the ability to play and share music files for all to hear directly from the PC. Without having to share screen and share computer audio.

Save whiteboard items set up prior to call
I use the whiteboard feature to host workshops. It would be nice if I could dial into the call days before the meeting to set up visuals on the whiteboard and have those visuals saved so they are there when the call happens vs I currently have to log into the call early to set the board up and stay on the call or the whiteboard gets erased. Lower participant's hand when they start talking
One of the better features of other services for teamwork is hand raising and lowering. In Zoom it automatically lowers the hand of a given participlant once they begin talking, making the meeting flow very well and automatically, rather than having to lower the hands manually.

Adding the Remote Control Support for RingCentral Video Meeting using RingCentral App web version.
Current Remote Control support for RingCentral Video Meetings requires a full screen and RingCentral App for desktop.Providing the Remote Control feature while using the RingCentral App web version will allow a new user to utilize the Share Screen remote control without the need to register to RingCentral and install the RingCentral App for desktop to use the remote control feature.

Change Names
For our company, it is key that we are able to change people's names for privacy reasons. The caller should be able to change when they come in and the Host should always have access to change it. Privacy is key when working with attorneys!

Screen Guiding
I see you have an "annotation" feature when sharing your screen. It would be cool if the presenter could see what you are circling real time on their screen. So instead of having to say "click the X in the upper Right, you could use your mouse to either point them to that or circle it. Many companies use that kind of feature for customer service to guide the customer to where they need to go. Replace "MUTED" voice with much quieter beep
When using RC Video phone audio please replace the voice that says (extremely loudly) 'muted' and 'unmuted' with a much much quieter and less obnoxious beep or bloop noise. Most modern meeting audio systems use short sounds to indicate this, and users can easily adapt to it and understand which tone means which. The voice takes forever to say what button you pressed and is so loud every meeting becomes a game of trying to time your muting/unmuting just at the right time so you can hear AND be heard, which is annoying.

Hide Floating Screenshare Bar When in a video meeting
I would like to be able to hide the floating screenshare controls bar while in a video meeting. At this point in time, there is no way to hide it and it is disruptive when visible during a meeting. We also have a hard time simply trying to move it out of the way, because it snaps back into place. It obstructs the meeting "view" for the hosts.
