Display the dialed/callee number for incoming calls
Currently, it only shows the caller's name and number for incoming calls on RingCentral for Hubspot or any integrated applications.
It would be great if we have an option to also display the dialed number/callee number if there's an incoming call to determine which phone number the customer is trying to reach if they have multiple numbers in the account.

Configure or modify the Analytics Reports dashboard in RingCentral for Salesforce
The Analytics Reports in RingCentral for Salesforce is a stand-alone page built by RingCentral.
Currently, we don't have the ability to configure or modify the dashboards and results.
It would be great if we have an option to edit it to include or remove results from the reports dashboard.

Screenpop on a New browser window or tab | RC for Salesforce
Currently, the screen pop settings in RingCentral for Salesforce in lightning mode has the same behavior (Existing browser window).
It would be great if had an option for 'New browser window or tab' to work on Lightning mode.
This way, the screen pop will appear on a new window or tab whenever there's an incoming call.

shared lines for Yealink T54W compatibility
Hello,
As of the moment based on the test we did - T54W with an expansion module is not compatible with Shared Lines.
The phone of the customer has an expansion module they would like to request to also add Yealink T54W with expansion as a compatible phone for shared lines

Create a single task for queue calls | RingCentral for Salesforce
Currently, Salesforce creates multiple tasks if the call is from a call queue. It would be great if we had the option to filter those calls and only create a task for the answered calls. This way, it will be easier to understand the created tasks.

Option to use Picklist (Multi-select)
Currently, we can only use the 'Picklist' data type when creating tasks or dispositions when logging a call.
It would be great if we also had the option to use the 'Picklist (Multi-select)' data type just like with other carriers such as Tenfold.

Unified status in Presence sync between MS Teams Embedded App and RC App
The EA is a telephony-focused app that uses our platform presence status. However, the RingCentral App has another messaging focused status that is also being used. This extra status used in RingCentral app causes the 2 HUD displays to show different results.

The usage of this presence status in different apps may vary.
It would be great if the status in RingCentral and MS Teams Embedded App is synced or unified which is the main purpose of the Presence sync feature.

Option to increase the size of the CTI dialer
It would be great if we had the option to increase the size of the CTI dialer using RingCentral for Salesforce. This way, we will be able to complete the notes while logging the call without scrolling up or down.
It's very convenient if we can increase at least the height of the dialer.

Date Change
As your platform is used in many different countries would it be possible to have an option to change the date from month/day/year to day/month/year. When pulling off reports from the portal this makes things confusing and takes additional time to correct and sort the date

Mobile app TODAY button
Please add a TODAY button for the calendar on the mobile app. If we want to look at an appointment two weeks ago or next month, we have to scroll through week by week and then if we want to get back to today, we have to scroll the other way to get back to today.

Workspace Calendar Appointments
Allow us to see more appointments in the MONTH view of the workspace (calendar) on computer. Currently we can only see the first 3 or 4 appts, the rest show as +1 +2 etc.
Before when this was Glip, we were able to see at least 5 to 6 in each day in the month view1 vote -
multiple users can monitor the same calls
Is there any way I can monitor a call and make a call simultaneously? Additionally, can I have the person I called listen to the call I'm monitoring? Is this feature available in the RingCentral app? If not, can we add it?
