    Your current reports show us call volume by hour graphically but I don't see where I can run a report that shows by-the-hour per day. It would be nice to see that from say 9AM to Noon our average call volume is X. From noon to 3PM it is Y.

    The best I can do it pull up the days (see attached) and try to sort it visually but this is lacking focus.

    We are trying to staff by hour by using historical data that says by day of the week where our pain points are.
