   SMS Adoption and Usage analytics are now available in Adoption and Usage portal as a new tab since May 2026.

   SMS in Business Analytics with more advanced KPIs is coming by end of Q3, 2026

   We absolutely need to be able to see a report and analytics around SMS in our team. In today's day and age how is this not already available!??

   SMS is a critical part of account management and marketing, ridiculous it's not released yet

   PLEASE make this available asap! Exactly how analytics are available for calls, should be same for SMS
