The CNAM feature is very important and necessary for my business. When our calls are accompanied by our firm's name on the recipient's caller ID, it establishes our identity and limits any confusion. This recognition adds credibility to our interactions and ensures that our clients perceive us as a legitimate entity. There are several spam and scam calls coming in, and therefore, having our name displayed reduces the likelihood of our calls being ignored or blocked, which directly improves out contact rates and efficiency.
