    This is critical to our environment. We have a hybrid work environment and each service provider / case worker / admin office employee has their own Ring Central phone number and use RC SMS daily. Our service providers and case workers use SMS a LOT to communicate with the families of the individuals we serve. We are finding a number of families will not answer a phone call but will respond to text messages so it is the only way we can communicate with them.
