The firm requires this feature to prevent potential Regulation F issues, which will also reduce the risk of client audit defects. In addition, this feature will enable the firm to continue servicing customers in the manner our clients expect once the 7-day period has elapsed.
Adding this feature to CX licensing will keep agents mindful of call duration while improving caller access to live agents, reducing unnecessary time on calls, long holds, and direct routing to voicemail.
