RingSense has added support to assign scorecards to specific teams; call types; duration; source etc. These filters can be used for precise targeting of a scorecard.

We need aggregate for scorecards and trackers for our company

You can assign the different scorecards however when you are reviewing in the interaction for that agent, you still see all the others. It is messy. Also the scorecard sections randomly move around and do not stay in a logical order from greet to closing.
