Just to clarify, currently on the RC app, if you receive a RingCX callback interaction, you are automatically taking that call without a prompt or an Accept option like when you do when you receive a normal RingCX queue call. So even if you are available and you walk away from your desk, that callback happens and the customer just hears the silence instead of getting routed to an actual available agent.
