There is a new flag available in RingEX Integration to provide ACE permissions to pull contact data.

This is critical. We need to see the contact name, not the phone number. Not everyone is a number, we actually use names and having to go in and change each call so we know who it is takes time away from real work. If we enter a contact's name and number in Ring Central, it should auto-populate in Ring Sense on the call logs.
