It makes no sense to have this functionality available in the mobile app but not on a desk phone. The majority of calls , I am guessing, get answered on a desk phone. Why have this inconsistency? We a building a crm that scans all conversations with potential customers so we can see an entire picture of the customer. The shortcoming only gives us a partial view of the customer interactions. This is a very important needed feature.
