    I am the Director of a hospital-run program that provides remote monitoring services to 20,000+ clients across Ontario. Our Call Centre uses RingCx and the call display function is critical so that clients and families know it is us that are calling. The lack of customizable Caller ID impacts perceptions of professionalism and credibility. There are so many scams in operation that our clients mistrust unknown numbers, leading them to not answer when it is an emergency situation. I think it's important that Ring Central listen to their Canadian customers and understand the services they are providing.
