    I believe that RingCentral US is not interested in their small Canadian base of customers. I had a number with another provider that was able to properly label our CallerID name. Why is it that RIngcentral now messes this up when we port in the number to them and then tells us there is nothing they can do about it. In their KB they list a very short excuse with no rationale. Now I spent 10 seconds googling this matter and RIngCentral in Canada which is owned by Telus has a KB with an answer. Why can't RIngcentral US learn from Ringcentral Canada about this issue. I think we all know this answer. Maybe time to switch to RIngcentral Canada. Not happy with the lame answers given.
