Hello, I would just like to note that when we used RingCentral with TELUS Business Connect a few years ago, there wasn't an problem using our company name as the caller id for outgoing calls. We recently have started using RingCentral again (without TELUS Business Connect). There is still the same option to set the caller ID (company wide) but it doesn't work. Seems to me that we should have been told this before signing back on with RingCentral.
