This is a very important feature for our organization. Frequently, we need to transfer calls to VM but have to route it through EX AND CX just to complete the transfer. It should not be so difficult for agents who rarely have time to go through the extra steps.

This is a critical element of our work. Answering nearly 100 calls a day and needing to announce ourselves makes it more difficult to do our work. Please add this feature to help save our voices!

Please consider supporting this basic feature for agents. As we take external calls constantly, this is a necessary part of our jobs.
