    This is SO VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Not being able to directly transfer to VM is causing communication issues, our call center(s) need to transfer multiple calls a day and not having the direct VM is very frustrating and does not make sense why this is not an option, considering this is a phone system.

    This is CRITICAL. This feature is needed for our everyday duties working in the various call queues answering calls all day.
