    FROM Avaya: "For example, when a call is routed to a call queue and answered by one queue member, the call may appear as Answered for the user who accepted the call, while it may be classified as Abandoned for other queue members who did not answer"

    This is completely broke. This is most ridiculous logic in the world. How can this be?
