   This is coming in Business Analytics in late Q3, 2026.

   
   

   Performance Reports are legacy, and will pave their way to business analytics. All new reporting enhancements for RingEx will be in Business Analytics.

   Basic SMS Reports should be standard these days. I am surprised there are no automated reports in the RingCentral portal for SMS performance. I am only able to download the SMS logs, then report them in Excel with a CountIF function, however, it's a manual process that time consuming.
