The system should be able to mark the agent busy on the EX side while on a CX call and vice versa. Major upgrade here. Save Submitting... It is extremely distracting to receive a call while on another call. The system should be able to mark the agent busy on the EX side while on a CX call and vice versa. Major upgrade here.
