Hey, I'm quite confused about the integration documentation:

The integration process first outlines that the user must enter their ServiceTitan Client ID, Client Secret, and Tenant ID in the text fields in RingSense. From what I'm aware, you must connect the RingCentral "app" through ServiceTitan before in order to generate a Client ID and Client Secret. But first, in order to connect the app on ServiceTitan, RingSense (the ServiceTitan app developer), must first grant us access to their app using our unique Tenant ID. There after, only then can you (the ender) enter both the Client ID and Client Secret into the integration text fields in RingSense. Additionally, I did not mention the the Tenant ID as it is a unique identifier (UID) given by ServiceTitan that uniquely identifies your ServiceTitan Account.
