    It would be great if this improvement was initiated ASAP. I can't believe this is even an issue that needs to be addressed or voted on. We just switched to Ring Central and I was shocked to see that transferred calls show the extension of the person who is transferring the call. The caller ID should show the caller not the extension of the person transferring the call!
