It is absurd that RC is lacking the quick visibility into toll-free minutes usage, by month and annually.
Even the billing just shows buckets and not monthly usage.
Having to log into Call Log, export it monthly, and extract the total minutes from the report is asinine.
I had multiple calls and chats with support and even support could not quickly get eyes on the number.
We know it must exist because you're very quick to bill customers when they go over, so make this information visible to all of us, please and thank you.
