    I use Zoom all the time and it SUCKS when i have to set up manually a black backdrop just because one of my clients uses this Ringcentral stuff which let's face it is just Zoom with a white label wrapper... I'll never switch to Ring unless you figured this out - REAL BIG DEFECT
